In order to fix the issue, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect the Alcatel One Touch 818 device to your PC and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically recognize your phone and install the drivers. If it doesn't work, try changing the USB port or cable and run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft.
