I unchecked the Word Document Gallery in Microsoft Word, but I cannot install Perrla. Can you help?
Firstly, select Preferences from the Word menu, click General and once more make sure that the Open Word Document Gallery when application opens box is unchecked. If this feature is disabled, download the updated version of the program and follow the installation instructions from the official web page. If you still have problems, try contacting the official support team.
