After I installed Windows 8.1, I'm not able to use Image Easy. I receive "The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author" message. Do I need to uninstall the current version? What can I do?

Try uninstalling the Image Easy application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, I suggest you run the software using Windows 8 Compatibility Mode. Right-click the application icon, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. If it doesn't help, you can try other photo editors from Software Informer database.
