If you use Bluestacks, try installing a launcher. Apex Launcher should be fine. This gives you the possibility to access all system apps. The default Bluestacks launcher doesn't allow you to access Gallery to delete pictures. Install Apex Launcher, and you should be able to access the Gallery app to delete the pictures.
