Is there an application or program where I can scan or photocopy a document or book pages, and then have my computer or iPad read it to me?

Natural Reader is a good software for reading scanned document, first you have to scan your document with your scanner with the default software provided then save it to either .rtf or .pdf or in text format then open it with natural reader. Here is the link of official website - www.naturalreaders.com/ (you can even convert text file to mp3 or wav format and listen them to your phone or ipod with this software)
