According to information found on forums, Corel Painter Lite doesn't have the option to import brushes. You can use only the default ones available within the application. This is actually the cost of using a Lite version. If you copy brushes to the Brushes directory, the software will give you the following error: "Painter Lite has detected unsupported resources. Please restore resources by re-installing the Application"
