Can't access games on my Samsung Galaxy TAB 3 tablet.

Question

I got a brand new tablet and installed apps like Subway Surfers. There is the possibility to uninstall other games but the Uninstall button is not working. I can't access installed games as well even if I click their icons. The apps and widgets won't show up. Can anybody help me?

This seems to be a problem with the operating system of the tablet. I recommend you Factory Reset the tablet. To do this, go to Settings > Backup & Restore. Click the button that will delete the tablet's custom files and settings. It's known that in many cases a simple Factory Reset fixes many things. Reboot the tablet when it completes, and then wait until it boots. Add the Google account and then download apps again. It should work this time.
