How do I inform Software Informer about installed programs that it misses?

It reports that I have 82 programs installed, but actually I have 184.

After every restart, the Software Informer client detects the newly installed applications automatically. Click on the Refresh button to scan your computer for newly installed components. Yet, the SI client doesn't recognize the programs that are integrated into your operating system, so this is the main cause why the tool reports only 82 programs.
