Video Locker will not play videos once I've locked them.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I am able to play videos normally on the Samsung but once I locked them in the Video Locker, I am unable to play them again. I need to figure out how to format or what format is needed in order to play them from the locker.

There is no possibility to access the locked items from the vault because they're encrypted. You can play them with any compatible video after the lock is removed. That's the purpose of Video Locker to encrypt the files so that they become unavailable.
