In order to delete one of your Google Accounts, you need to go to the Google Accounts login web page and to sign in with your account that you want to delete. On the downside of the Account overview webpage, you will have Account Management and below it, two options: Delete profile and remove related Google+ features to delete Google+ as well as other services and their data that depend on a Google profile and Close account and delete all services and information associated with it to delete your Google Account that provides access to the Google products (Web History, Gmail, Google Talk). I recommend you to select the second option and to press the Delete Google Account button.
