I've successfully installed Bluestacks on my computer which runs Windows XP with Service Pack 3, but after loading, when I try to click on a game or anything else, it gets stuck. I even reinstalled it but the problem is still there. I got 2 GB of RAM memory and a 500 GB HDD. How can I fix this?

Before you can run the Bluestacks application, make sure that you have installed the .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 which you can download from the following website. Make sure that you don't have the Bitdefender program installed, because these two are not compatible. You can keep one or another. Also, make sure that all your drivers are up-to-date. Try running the program with administrator rights. I suggest that after you opened the application, tap on the Search button and see if you can install any application and run it. In any case, if the problem still persists, try contacting the developer on the official website for further support.
