To transfer data to your Samsung Galaxy S4, you can use the USB cable that came together with the phone. After you connected your device to the PC, swipe down from the bottom of the screen and select Data connection. By doing this, the internal memory of your S4 device will become available as a USB dongle on your computer. To transfer data, just copy your files to the internal memory.
