I need to use OnBase on a computer with Internet Explorer 8 and Windows 7, but it doesn't run. It asks for Control ActiveX. What can I do?

Firstly, in order to fix the problem, I suggest you update the browser to the latest version because it is not working properly with Windows 7. After that, go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options and open the Security tab. Click the Custom Level button, scroll down to ActiveX controls and plugins and check the Enable boxes. Click OK and close the window.
