Can't access my data after I changed the device

I had an Android device before, but now I have an iPhone. I'm using the same email address, but I can't access my pictures that were saved on my account. On the official site, the developer stated that you can access your data on all your devices. Why isn't this working for me?

In order to see (access) your data, you first need to sync it to the online cloud platform that the developer is providing for its customers. This process needed to be done from your Android device. If you didn't sync your data, there is no way to access it from your new device. For additional support, contact the developer using their official website.
