FastAgain PC Booster is an application meant to improve the performance of your computer. If you don't remember installing it and you want to remove it, try a file removal application, such as RevoUninstaller or FileAssassin. Scanning the application and your computer with an up-to-date antivirus and with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is also a good idea.

FastAgain PC Booster was created by Microsoft Gold Certified Partners and is definitely not malware.

It's a very reliable and good registry cleaner.

There's uninstall directions on the website, http://fastagain.activeris.com/home/uninstall.html

Gee, I installed it and it sure acted like "Security Sheild". It told me that I had a lot of High risk problems and then it wouldn't go away when I declined purchasing it.

Even though I was never able to use it, I cannot get rid of it.

Any program that requires you to visit their website to uninstall that program is malware, no ifs ands or buts. I just helped a friend get rid of this piece of garbage. He could not get rid of the beg popup and could not log onto the internet. I was able to do a google search on my computer and after visiting their website was able to relay the instructions to him to get rid of PC Booster. Hopefully. This friend is a newby and those are extremely hard to help over the phone. Hopefully, no more phone calls about this problem.

Yes, and if you look through the program you will find it hard to get hold of the proper people to get help. It is on my desktop, I deleted it from the control panel and it is still on my computer. When I go to the control anel and uninstall it again it says it has been removed. This soft ware SUCKS! The company is only after your money, and will not stopmming it down your throat. Once it is on your computer it is a &^$%# to get rid of.

THANKS FOR THE WARNINGS. I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER OUTFIT THAT ALSO CLAIMED FREE PC SOFTWARE TO CLEAN OUT ALL MY PC PROBLEMS ETC. I DOWNLOADED AND THEY HAD ME ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR AND ALSO TOOK OVER MY PC. WELL! IF I WANTED IT ALL FIXED IT WOULD COST ME $395.00 FOR A 3 YEAR CONTRACT. I SAID, " NO WAY" AND THEY HUNG UP AND LEFT MY LAPTOP PC IN SAFE MODE. NOW I HAVE IT WITH A MICROSOFT TECH AND HOPE HE DOESN'T TAKE ME OVER THE COALS. THE NAME OF THE GROUIP IS CALLED "GURUAID".

Ive found all these sites useless, every time I try to get rid of PC Boost, it just says, there seems to be part of it running, and there is no way of stopping it, Tony West tony.westclassics@live.co.uk
