The standard procedure is to use the backup PIN, but if you have forgotten it, then you will need to reset the tablet to its factory defaults using Recovery Mode. You can launch the Recovery Mode by turning off the tablet followed by pressing Volume UP and Power Button. You will need to keep Volume until the Android logo appears. After launching the Recovery mode, select Wipe Data and wait for the tablet to reset.
