If you aren't satisfied with the size of your PowerPoint file, there are a few things you could do in order to decrease its dimensions. If you have any dragged-and-dropped files, remove them and insert them by using the Insert option from the menu. Second, do not save your file as a PowerPoint 95–compatible file. Use a minimal number of fonts, turn off Fast Saves (Tools> Options> Saves> clear the Allow fast saves option) and save your presentation as a new file. These adjustments should do the trick.
