Error message on startup.

I'm getting this message on the startup of my computer:

c:\programfiles\conduit\ct3295549\plugins\tbverifier.dll

Can you help?

This error and that DLL belong to the Conduit engine. You probably must have a toolbar installed which is running on the Conduit engine. In this case, try reinstalling the toolbar or disable the startup file completely by going to Startup tab in msconfig utility (Start > Run > msconfig).
