MyPicturesLiveWallpaper came up as malware. Please help!

Question

When I installed MyPicturesLiveWallpaper my Vipre Antivirus came up and said this was High Risk Malware. Please see below.

You will need to uninstall it as soon as possible and perform a new scan using the antivirus. During this operation, remove the SIM card so that the malware can't take advantage of your number/send SMS to costly services.
