Retrieval of the database

I have registered all the users in the device using finger print and an ID number, but unfortunately, I have cleared all the users in the device after downloaded them into the system. When I load the database again to the device, the finger print value is zero. I need to retrieve all the deleted finger print in the device. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately, the program doesn't have a recovery function that you can use to recover the lost database. However, there are several recovery applications that you can use, but only if you know the location where the database was initially stored. From the Software Informer's database, I suggest you take a look at Recuva or Active@ File Recovery. You can use the one that suits you best.
