Big problem about Zoo Tycoon!

Before I had Windows 2003 and I had no problems with this game. Now I bought a genuine version of Windows 2007 (even though the computer says it's not(!)) and when I open the game, it shuts down and it says that the app crashed and I can't play it. I've tried many tricks on the Internet, but it doesn't work. Can you help me please?

You are trying to make a game to work in a version of Windows which handles compatibility pretty bad. Zoo Tycoon is not compatible with your version of Windows (Vista). If there isn't an update available, then the chances to make this game work will decrease dramatically.

Please check the official requirements for this game and then make sure you meet them because there is a big possibility that you don not meet those requirements. In this case, your version of Windows could be the problem.
