I'm using an iMAC OS 10.6.8 with Sibelius 6.2. I purchased the ROLAND UM-ONE USB MIDI INTERFACE. I've downloaded the driver software for version OS 10.4-10.7 (Audio MIDI Setup 3.0.3). The driver does not show up in the audio MIDI setup window, although UM-ONE does appear in the Sibelius preference/audio input window and appears activated. The test doesn't work, probably because the driver is properly downloaded. I've uninstalled re-installed many times, carefully following the instructions. I don't know what else I can do.

The Audio MIDI Setup is now embedded into the operating system. You can't download it anymore. Hoever, if you have issues with it, connect to the Internet and then go to Mac Logo > Software Update. Check for updates and wait for its installation. Alternatively, remove the software/driver and then use the update function again and it should be installed to the latest version. However, there is a possibility the software you're using has compatibility issues with the driver and because of that you encounter problems.
