Hi,

Can anybody tell me if they have experienced the same problem as me?! I forgot my password and used the "forgot password" option. I was prompted for my ID and after confirming my ID received an on screen notification that the temporary password would be sent to my e-mail. The only problem is...I never received the temporary password. Can anyone help with this please?

I suggest writing to the program's devs - EON SMART INC. ( http://www.eonsmart.com/ ), but their site seems to be down.
