When we first got this product it originally displayed all the icons and values in English, but now it just displays question marks, which I assume means that it is trying to display in Mandarin. Since we can't read any of the toolbar options to change it back, I was wondering if you could help? We already tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but that didn't do anything.

Since there is no information about this software, I recommend a re-install procedure, but this time do it differently. The first thing you need to do is to add another user to Windows. You can do that from Control panel > Users. After the user has been added, uninstall the current version of the software then use CCleaner to clean the registry files. Switch to the other user and then install the software and everything should be in English.
