Problems opening SeqScape projects.

Question

We have had problems opening SeqScape projects quite a number of times. We get an error message and a pop-up window asking us to check log files for further details. We are not sure where these log files are and therefore we deleted the project. We created a new one, and uploaded all sequences once again. This is not only time-consuming but also causes unnecessary stress and irritation. What can we do? We want to retrieve the project instead of deleting and creating a new one again.

In order to fix the problems, go to Start, open Control Panel, click Uninstall a program, select SeqScape from the list and press Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions, reboot your computer, run a registry cleaner and install the software again. If the issue persists, use the Contact Us page to get in touch with the support team.
