I can't open a saved file.

I have a problem with the CoLOS program, I was editing some labels and my computer just crashed. After I restarted it and wanted to open the project that I was working on, an error message kept appearing: "file is used in some other location". What can I do? I don't want to start again from scratch.

You can try to download and install Windows Process Explorer that is developed by Microsoft from the following web-page. With this tool you can find and close the process that is using your file. After this, you should be able to open your saved file and work with it.
