I have installed PrimoPDF 5.1.0.2 version and S.I. reports that I have 5.0. Why?

I have installed PrimoPDF 5.1.0.2 version and S.I. client reports that I have 5.0. Why?

Try to update the S.I. client to its latest version and then perform a Refresh using Check for Updates/Refresh list but first download the client from its official page. Additionally, repair the PrimPDF installation using its own installer that can be accessed from the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows 7) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista and higher).
