How do I activate Kaspersky once downloaded?

I downloaded Kaspersky 2011 and now it does not want to activate. What do I do?

Install the application and after the installation, the application will ask your for an activation file or code. Depending on your purchase, one of the activation options will be available to you. You need to purchase the application to receive one of the activation file or serial number.
