I recently uninstalled this software and I want it back

I recently unintentionally unistalled Vaio Care on my VPCEB1M1E. I have two questions now:
1) Can I get it back somewhere?
2) Do I have to expect any substantial negative consequences now that I don't have Vaio Care anymore?
