Well, I fell in the same hell as you. I`ve got new system (Vista SerPack1) and Directx 10. I found that game needs Vista SP2. And after that (game still non functional) a found somewhere in FAQ on Origin web (EA shop & downloader) and also in game requirements that it needs graphic card Directx 11. After updating to SP2 and Dx11 seems to be functional. Sincirely Good luck!
