I installed Clownfish for Skype and I can't run it.

I installed Clownfish for Skype and I can't run it. I manually allowed its use from Tools > Options > Advanced > Allows other programs access Skype. Can you help?

The application is not working well with the oldest versions of Skype and I suggest you upgrade the messenger to the latest version. Also, download and install Clownfish for Skype 3.56 and make sure that your Windows Firewall and security program allows it to communicate.
