SIM Card Data Recovery question.

I already have USB SIM Card Reader but having trouble in communicating with it using Data Doctor Recovery. What is the problem?

Make sure that the drivers are installed properly because the communication problem can be caused by driver's installation. Re-install the drivers and then perform the communication again. If you still have problems, try acquiring a new version of the software.
