It is not opening. What can I do and how many times can I change the background?

If it is not opening, uninstall the program using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install the updated version from the official web page. You can change the background whenever you want, but you can choose only from 35 wallpapers.
