I have an ooVoo on my PC(32 bit) but when I want to login, it says it needs to be upgraded. When I upgrade it, and I want to login again (after upgrade), it must be upgraded again & I can't login to ooVoo. What can I do?
If you fail to upgrade the application to its latest version remove it completely from the computer and download a new package from its official website. This way you will always download an already updated version, will be no update errors.
