Internet Explore 9.0 is not working in Windows XP.

Internet Explore 9.0 is not working on Windows XP. It has not been designed for Windows XP, has it?

No, it has not. Vista and 7 work with it, all the other OS do not.

Internet Explorer 9 is working completely different than its previous version (8). With the release of Internet Explorer 9, Windows XP doesn't support the Internet Explorer and its higher versions anymore.
