I'm trying to convert a DVD file from a music video disc to M4V (for iTunes). I used the "Split by chapters" feature and after I converted the file, the audio lags behind the video. It works when I convert it to the AVI file. What can I do?

You could try Any Video Converter instead. It has fix the bugs of video sync problem. What's more, it has a lot of funny features beyond other video converters.

Unfortunately, AVS Video Converter doesn't work properly with M4V files or any other video format developed by Apple. In order to solve your problems, I suggest you try updating the program to the latest version. Also, you can use the contact form from the official web page to get in touch with the developer. Alternatively, in order to convert your DVD files, you can try other utilities from the Software Informer database.
