I'm trying to convert a DVD file from a music video disc to M4V (for iTunes). I used the "Split by chapters" feature and after I converted the file, the audio lags behind the video. It works when I convert it to the AVI file. What can I do?

Unfortunately, AVS Video Converter doesn't work properly with M4V files or any other video format developed by Apple.
