I can't print the footer or header in Microsoft Office Visio. Why is that?

First of all make sure you have inserted the header or footer correctly. You can do this by clicking on the File tab > Print > Print Preview, then Apply footer/header command using the Header & Footer button.
You may also want to check if your printer's driver is correctly installed and Visio can detect your printer properly.
