My AZZ had an upgrade that took place this week and it eliminated all of the files I had saved over the last two years and replaced them with the test files. Is there a way to get back my original files or are they gone forever?
You could try to recover them using a recovery application like Recuva. This little utility will scan for deleted/replaced files and recover them if possible with a green marker if the file is in recoverable condition or yellow if it's in unstable condition. The application is free to download and use.
