Problems while cutting the download.

After I download and convert the video, I try to cut the video using the seconds timeline and it seems to work. However, when I go to open up the file the cuts are not there meaning they didn't work. What am I doing wrong because I write in the boxes to start cutting from 0:00:53 and end time as 0:01:26. What is the problem here?

According to the program's features, YouTube Downloader doesn't have the capability to cut videos. I have installed the application in Sandboxie and there was no option to cut the file after I installed it. It seems you are using another application for this process, but if you have problems with it, then I recommend reinstalling it again. YouTube Downloader can be used to download videos from YouTube.
