I'm trying to adjust the inner circle down to 20mm for my verbatim media. However, the starting point is 43mm, and it will only let me adjust down by 10mm to 33mm. The top of the page mentions that it can go down to 17mm. So how do I adjust down below 33mm?

If you want to create a label with a 20mm inner circle, you will need to edit some registry keys. You can't do it from the software interface. Just go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. After that, navigate to HKEY-CURRENT-USER > Software > MediaNavigation > CDLabelPrint > 1.0 > Settings > SizeAdjust > .Standard CD (12cm), double click on Inner and change the value to -230. You need to multiply by -10 the difference between 43 and the inner circle diameter you want. In your case, (43 - 20) * (-10) = -230. After that, launch the software, click Adjust Circle Size, press OK without changing anything and print your label.

There's no need for all that messing about with the registry, all you need to do is the following:

Go to the file menu and then to ‘Select Paper’.

In this dialogue box, create a new layout using the create button at the bottom. Set your outer circle to be the same as any other standard CD (118mm) and the inner to be the inner circle size – 20mm.
