Easy Write and Easy Paint weren't installed correctly.

I have purchased a premium license and Easy Write doesn't work. It says "Fail to get information". The Easy Paint is not here at all. I have mailed the support several times and there is no response. What can I do to fix this?

In order to fix the problem, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off and check the both Turn off Windows Firewall boxes:

After that, temporarily disable your security program and try again to install the software. Unfortunately, you can't contact the developer anymore because it seems to be out of business and there is no contact information available. If you still have issues, you can check Software Informer database for an alternative solution.
