I would like to change the IP address on my led text display, using LedCenter. Can you help?

I would like to change the IP address on my led text display, using LedCenter. I need the password when I go into TOOLS, LED TOOL, then select C-POWER 3200. To make changes and send the file to the led display, I also need the password.

C-power products use 16888 as default administration password. Input this password then you will have access.
