I tried using the Crystal Eye built-in webcam, but it doesn't work. Every time I try to open it, a text box appears saying "Camera not found!". Do you know how can I fix it? I followed the instructions but I'm not sure. Why it's not working?
If you receive a camera not found message, then the drivers need to be installed in your computer. Access the Acer Support page and then input the model of your laptop. On the download list, there should be the drivers for the webcam. Install the drivers and then the application can be used normally.
