Can't uninstall the application.

I thought I would uninstall the program and reinstall to try and see whether it makes a difference but cannot do it.

You can uninstall it properly using the following command from the Start > Run menu: MsiExec.exe /X {595D0DE8-C38A-4432-B851-47DECC1A99BD}. Once the process is finished the application will be uninstalled. However, it's best to keep it installed to fix the bug with the DLL not unloading from memory.
