Question

I have created a word document that has about 50 paragraghs. I need to know if any MS Office product will allow me to remove paragraphs by simply checking a box or depending on the answer of a question. The idea is for having one large document that can be changed in some way by simple questions. I imagine this is how it is done on-line with applications like Wills, Specifications and other editable forms. Probably a dumb question but do you have any Ideas?

I believe you can try using a Form editor/template. This would be a very simply HTML code which is how I would personally do it. Well I would do HTML and PHP combo.
