First, go to Acer Drivers and Manuals page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download the webcam files. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Imaging devices list, right-click on the webcam driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the provided instructions. After that, right-click on the Sound icon from System Tray and select Recording devices. Right-click anywhere in the Recording tab, check the Show Disabled Devices option, select your device (computer speaker, microphone) and press Set Default button. Next, double-click the device and select Use this device (enable) as Device usage. If you still have issues, try updating your audio card drivers.
