I loved this program when I first bought my Asus Notebook, but now it seems to be useless. Whenever I register new credentials, or I sign on to new website the Protect Manager is asking me if I want to create or save the credentials. I click "Yes", and it appears to save it. Unfortunately, the next time I sign in to the same website, the same message pops up asking me to save it, rather than automatically filling in the fields and signing on. It's getting annoying, because it's basically doing nothing. It's funny, because it will remember the ones I most frequently use on a daily basis, but not the ones I access weekly or infrequent basis. What can I do?

In order to fix the problems, I suggest you remove the utility from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and perform a full system scan using your security program or a utility from Software Informer database. After that, navigate to Acer Drivers and Manuals, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the latest version of ASUS Security Protect Manager. If you still have issues, try to use another password manager.
