The GoZone iSync was available through the Virgin Health Miles website, but that website has been redesigned and it's now called Pulse. It possible that syncing is not available anymore due to the service re-design. This will make it impossible for you to upload the data. However, the website has a log-in form that you need to access. Log-in on the website and download the new software. I believe they've released another application to help you upload the data.
