Firstly, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination, open Device Manager and uninstall both drivers. Also, expand Imaging devices list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you're using the Lenovo T500 built-in webcam, navigate to the official web page, select your operating system and download and install the latest webcam files. If you're using another webcam model, navigate to its manufacturer web page and download and install the drivers for that model.
