Firstly, in order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and run CCleaner. After that, use Google search engine to find the latest version of HWK. Before installing a newer version, you will need to completely remove the old one from your computer. You can do this using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) or Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
